Probably one of the best ideas I have ever had was to start a journal, writing down different thoughts I had throughout the day. This was helpful to me in many ways, as it helped me remember the important things I was thinking in day to day life, as i felt these thoughts were only going to waste in my head. For a long time, I simply could not think of a way to keep track of my thoughts, as even I found them quite interesting. I felt like these thoughts needed a home to live in.
If you have not started writing a journal yet and you feel like you have the same problem as I do, I would strongly suggest keeping a journal, writing down the things you remember thinking while living your day to day life.
